We were truly amazed at the efficiency with which this was, not only beautifully put together, but delivered. The arrangement was artistically mixed; we ordered just before noon, and by 5:00pm that same day it was delivered and rested in place at the viewing. 100% pleased! Thank you Sympathy Store! When I arrived at the funeral home to see the deceased and was thanked for the flowers, I was quite disappointed to see such a small arrangement considering I purchased the "Deluxe" version. Maybe I missed it somewhere, but I thought deluxe would mean a larger vase / larger arrangement. After spending $105, I was quite disappointed. I do see the arrangement contained white roses, which were beautiful and fresh, but the arrangement was not at all full as displayed in the photo.

This is the picture we were thinking we were getting and then found it was $94.95. The one we got for $64.95 was terrible and very sickly looking with no darker purple in it at all. The Sympathy Store was good and refunded part of our money back though and we appreciate that, but still feel bad that what we got for the funeral looked so bad. I guess we're going by what we can get here in Battle Creek, Mi. of $35 for something nice like this.

My order did not make it to the funeral home in time. However, Sympathy Store refunded my money and had the assigned florist send the selected arrangement to the bereaved family's home address. Again they made a sad situation right.... Thank you Sympathy Store MP

The flowers arrived 3 hours after the service and did not even look fresh The church called me the evening of the service to tel me about the late delivery and when i picked them up they looked bad the bouquet was dead the following morning. Do not order from these people.

I was very disapointed in the flowers that I ordered,they looked nothing like the picture. The deceased loved white roses that why I ordered these,but the vase came with purple roses and white mum ish and a white ribbon,and I wanted purple because that was her favorite color.They certainly were not worth $127 dollars.very disatified.

I purchased the Enchanted Cottage arrangement for my 19 year old niece we lost to a car accident. Being 2,000 miles away, it was important to me that the flowers reflect or s sympathy and love for her. The Sympathy Store handled everything perfectly. Nor only were the flowers fresh and beautiful, the company was very responsive, caring, and professional. I highly recommend them, and will use them in the future.

Three types offered let's just say small medium and large. I ordered the large which I expected to look like the photo but what arrived looked like the "small". I was not pleased but the bigger picture was more important. Just beware. Don't go for the gold when you may only get the bronze.

These flowers were sent to a funeral home to honor an employee's loved one. I was told they were the nicest arrangement of all that were there. I was shown a picture they took and it looked exactly like what was on the website.

I had originally tried ordering (I hadn't seen the Sympathy Store yet) from a local florist who was recommended to me, and they were out almost out of flowers and couldn't take my order. The other local florist was closed. I looked at what The Sympathy Store had to offer, called with a question, ordered online and they were delivered in under 3 hours!!! And...they were beautiful, exactly as shown and she said they were "perfect"! The Sympathy Store saved the day!

I was very dissatisfied with the flower arrangement. The one sent was white and a majority of the flowers were withered. The flower ordered was “Enchanted Cottage.” The chosen flower was to reflect Rev. C.A. Latimer’s fraternity, Omega Psi Phi, which purple is one of the colors. Again I was very disappointed in the service. A refund is requested.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the size of this arrangement. I specifically selected the Premium version and paid more to get a really nice flower arrangement. What I got was much smaller than most arrangements and frankly I was a bit embarrassed.

It happens that I was at the venue to see the floral arrangement I had ordered. It was fresh and beautiful and a great comfort both to me and to the other family members that I intended to uplift in spirit. Ordered the Enchanted Cottage as a sympathy arrangement for a sudden unexpected loss. The arrangement was beautiful and more impressive in person that the picture justified. Very pleased with the purchase and sure help comfort the grieving family. Ordered online and was delivered next day without issue. Definitely would order again when the need arises.

We purchased the Deluxe (Mid size) and they were beautiful, large and smelled wonderful. They were placed near the register book and everyone commented on their beauty. We were well satisfied with this arrangement.

The flowers were fresh and the arrangement was just as beautiful as pictured. It was a graveside service and very windy, but the bouquet didn't lose a single petal. Well worth the money.
