We received a picture of the spray that was delivered for our sister-in-laws service on Wednesday, 6/3. It was beautiful and looked just like the picture. We were pleased except we had ordered a banner that said "Loving Sister" that was supposed to be on it and it was not there. It's too late now but we should probably receive a $1.99 credit for it. I made the purchase and would have to say very disappointed. While at the funeral services I did not see the Flower arrangement that I had ordered and it was suppose to be there prior to funeral services this past Sunday May 31 2020 at Colvin funeral home for the homecoming of my employee.

Many times in the past I have ordered flowers for a loved one and have been disappointed in the results, very few flowers and not very presentable. I called the florist that I usually use in my hometown and found out they were closed. So I had no other alternative but to use this service to place my order. I sat in a parking lot in my car (using my phone), picked out the flowers I wanted, and placed the order to arrive before the visitation the next evening. Everything worked out perfectly and they were beautiful!! I will now use this service every time it is available. Thank you so much!!

The arrangement was really nice. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it wasn't exactly like the bouquet pictured. I had ordered for the funeral of an avid Nebraska football fan (GO BIG RED) so I was a little disappointed to find the bouquet was more white than red. It was still an impressive bouquet and the family of the deceased loved it. I would use the Sympathy Store again. Delivery was on time and ease of using the website was great.

Delivery was scheduled for 11 AM visitation. Notice of delivery should have been prior to that time, but instead it was sent at 3:32 PM that day. I was not at service. A picture should have been sent to me so I could fairly judge the spray for this review.

I am placing this product review to help others that are making selections on this site. "Buyers beware" and read the fine print, unfortunately I didn't. This company will allow an equivalent arrangement substitution if they do not have what you order. They don't cancel your order or refund your money so that you can reach out to other florist, they give you what they have available at the same price. If this is acceptable to you then by all means utilize The Sympathy Store. If you want to feel that you are being take care of during your time of bereavement then I would suggest that you shop wisely.
